company culture. As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you'll play a vital role within our Total Rewards
team, focusing on developing, implementing, and administering compensation policies and programs.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Develop, analyze, and manage the organization's compensation program.
  • Assist in designing and implementing base pay structures, incentive
    programs, and equity plans aligned with our compensation philosophy.
  • Assist in determining eligibility for participation in compensation programs,
    such as annual incentive, commission, or merit increase plans.
  • Conduct market surveys and analysis to determine competitive positioning
    of our pay programs.
  • Evaluate compensation data to recommend salary grades and ensure
    internal equity.
  • Identify and gather compensation-related information for various
    analysis/projects, including pay equity studies and incentive analysis.
  • Maintain current job descriptions and assist in creating, maintaining, and
    developing salary structures.
  • Support the administration of performance review and merit-rating
    programs, including job evaluations and bonus processing.
  • Provide feedback on proposed salary increases based on market analysis
    and internal equity.
  • Monitor program alignment with business objectives and compliance with
    laws and regulations.
  • Assist with external and internal reporting requirements, including
    preparation of data for Proxy tables and CEO pay ratio.
  • Partner with HRIS and other team members to develop and implement
    compensation processes in Workday.
  • Configure and maintain core compensation plans and incentive programs
    in HRIS systems.
  • Create and update reports and dashboards to support compensation and
    HR needs.

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

  • 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on Compensation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Bamboo HR.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under general supervision and handle moderately complex issues and problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

Other Attributes That Will Help You In This Role:

  • Experience with Payfactors is a plus.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is ($75,000-$100,000), with potential bonus eligibility.  Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, budget for the position and cost of labor in the market in which the candidate will be hired.
